Doppler and Knirps are the manufacturer of high quality umbrellas that are renowned worldwide.  Doppler therefore provides a 3 year warranty on the Doppler brand.  Doppler Carbonsteel umbrellas and the Doppler Made In Austria umbrella range have an extended 5 year warranty.  Knirps provide a 5 year warranty on their entire range. 

The warranty includes, at our option, the replacement or repair of the product, or the elimination of all defects that are due to material or manufacturing defects.  Warranty services, or the replacement of parts, does not result in the extension of the warranty period.

Excluded from the warranty is damage caused by improper handling, wilful damage to the product, normal wear and tear and signs of use, colour changes in the textile covering, functional and material defects caused by external influences such as hail, and damage caused by the wind.
